Our Story

Hi there, I'm Jess!

Isabelle Mae's Pie Emporium began in 2020 with the mission of spreading love, one homemade pie at a time.  Isabelle Mae was my grandma.  I fondly remember afternoons in her kitchen, baking cakes, pies, dessert bars, and casseroles.  Once out of the oven, my sister and I would carefully wrap up the food and be on our way to a neighbor's house.

Of all the baked treats that we would make together, pie has a special place in my heart.  There is nothing quite like making a fresh apple pie, waiting for it to cool, and then sharing a slice with friends and family.

Whenever possible, I use local, organic ingredients.  The pies follow the fruit growing seasons in Vermont - strawberry in June, blueberry in July, apple in August.  It is an adventure to find the tastiest fruit, and I am so fortunate to live in Vermont, where there is access to so much locally grown produce. 

I hope that you like the pie as much as I enjoy making it!
