Our History

Isabelle Mae's Pie Emporium started in 2020 as a dream of owner, Jess Taylor, to share her passion for delicious homemade pies. 


Isabelle Mae was Jess' grandma and the woman who taught her how to make all sorts of baked treats.  Whether it was making pies for the local nursing home or pfeffernusse cookies for family celebrations, Isabelle Mae, taught Jess that the most important baking ingredient was the love that she put into each baked good. 

We hope that you enjoy the love that is baked into each of our pies!

The mini pies are freshly baked in Winooski, Vermont, with local and organic ingredients.
